We are looking for a Technical Presale Engineer with a strong technical orientation in cyber security and networking.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of customer-facing experience (e.g., presales, solutionarchitects, technical account managers, training, or consulting), and a willingness to travel.

The role is ideal for people who combine strong technical knowledge with an energetic attitude and the ability to build strong client relationships.

The Dream-Maker Responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Presale Engineer with a strong technical orientation in

cyber security and networking. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of customer-facing experience (e.g., presales, solutionarchitects, technical account managers, training, or consulting), and a willingness to travel.

The role is ideal for people who combine strong technical knowledge with an energetic attitude and the ability to build strong client relationships.

You will help execute technical presales processes and contribute as a trusted client advisor, ensuring successful solution delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.

We work in a high-paced environment, with frequently changing priorities. Hence a high degree of flexibility and adaptability is required.


The Dream Skill Set

 Deep cyber security understanding: Strong foundational knowledge of cyber security concepts and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, and threat landscapes. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical systems and articulate their value to clients.

Customer facing experience: 2-4 years in client-facing roles, such as presales, training, consulting, or customer success. Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Strong preference for German. Additional fluency in languages like French, Italian, or Spanish is a significant advantage.

 Willingness to travel: Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet client and business needs- 50% travel.

 Integrity and confidentiality: Demonstrates the highest standards of integrity and safeguards confidential information in line with company policies and regulations.
