The Dream Job
Dream is looking for a product-driven, cyber-savvy Product Manager to lead our Risk domain. This role focuses on transforming complex security insights into structured, actionable risk reduction- owning how organizations prioritize, mitigate, and track exposure across their environments.
You will operate at the intersection of attacker perspective, product thinking, and real-world security operations- turning risk into something measurable, defensible, and actionable.
The Dream-Maker Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and execution for Dream’s Risk domain
- Design and optimize risk prioritization and mitigation workflows
- Translate attacker-realistic paths into clear, actionable remediation guidance
- Develop exposure reduction methodologies and lifecycle tracking models
- Partner closely with Detection and Attack Path teams to ensure realistic and effective prioritization
- Ensure risk insights are measurable, defensible, and aligned with real-world security operations
- Continuously improve how customers reduce exposure.
The Dream Skill Set
- 5-8 years of experience as Product Manager, ideally in security or complex technical domains
- Strong background in cybersecurity (offensive, defensive, or risk-focused)
- Experience building structured processes, methodologies, or frameworks
- Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear user-facing workflows
- Strong analytical thinking with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Passion for turning insight into real, quantifiable risk reduction
